The course is designed for teachers, lecturers and tutors teaching adult learners, particularly street food entrepreneurs who want to grow their business successfully.
For teachers and tutors the course will look at the importance of developing entrepreneurs’ innovation and enterprise skills, thereby assisting them in their new venture.
For those participating in this course, it will help them gain a better understanding of the logistics and strategy implications of moving to a fixed based operation in addition to further developing their entrepreneurial skills. The goal of the course is to help and assist existing street food entrepreneurs to grow their business successfully either through establishing a fixed base catering/restaurant outlet, or developing their product range for retail distribution.
The materials are designed for various uses. The course can be delivered as a complete curriculum or parts of it might be integrated to supplement other courses.
